It cooperates with KLRD1 to recognize non-classical MHC class Ib HLA-E loaded with HLA-G peptides, affecting adaptive NK cell function and maternal-fetal tolerance. NKG2C-CD94 Heterodimer Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing human-derived NKG2C-CD94 Heterodimer protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, N-His labeled tag.
