    The Nogo receptor/NgR protein functions as a multifunctional receptor for RTN4, OMG, and MAG, expanding its recognition to include the sialylated gangliosides GT1b and GM1, chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans, and heparin. NGFR coreceptor activation initiates Rho-mediated reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, resulting in inhibition of axonal growth. Nogo Receptor/NgR Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived Nogo Receptor/NgR protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
