Untreated (–) and treated (+) Neuro2A whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NRF2 antibody (GTX135165) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

- Scientific DescriptionThis gene encodes a transcription factor which is a member of a small family of basic leucine zipper (bZIP) proteins. The encoded transcription factor regulates genes which contain antioxidant response elements (ARE) in their promoters; many of these genes encode proteins involved in response to injury and inflammation which includes the production of free radicals.
