O-1602 (Standard) is the analytical standard of O-1602. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. O-1602 is an agonist of GPR55 (G protein-coupled receptor 55). O-1602 reduces the number and activation of hippocampal microglia induced by METH (methamphetamine). O-1602 decreases the expression levels of NLRP3 inflammasome proteins, including NLRP3, ASC and Caspase-1 [1] .
