Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum, purified and partially purified Ovalbumin [Hen Egg White]. Cross reactivity against Ovalbumin from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specific

Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoprecipitation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Ovalbumin [Hen Egg White] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) catalog no. LS-C60884 and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.. ELISA (1:5000 - 1:20000), IP (1:100), WB (1:500 - 1:5000) Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoprecipitation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity.
