Scientific Description
OX40L CHO Cell Line is a CHO cell line that stably expresses full-length human OX40L (also known as CD252 and tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 4 (TNFSF4)) (NM_003326.5). The expressed OX40L may be released as a soluble form by proteolytic cleavage. This cell line was validated by flow cytometry, and in a co-culture assay with OX40/NF-kappaB Luciferase Reporter HEK293 Cell Line (#60482) in the presence of an OX40L antibody.
