Oxyfluorfen induces DNA damage and exhibits toxicity toward aquatic organisms such as Paramisgurnus dabryanus. Oxyfluorfen has genome-level deleterious effects on fish that can lead to stunted skeletal growth. Oxyfluorfen induces transverse limb deficiency or craniosynostosis[1][2].
