Serine/threonine-protein kinase PAK 4

PAK4 is an important serine/threonine kinase that affects cytoskeletal regulation, cell migration, growth, and survival through multiple pathways. Activation triggered by various effectors induces autophosphorylation, targeting proteins such as SSH1 and LIMK1 to regulate cofilin activity and stabilize actin filaments.
