Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 100kDa band in Mouse Kidney lysates after 0.3 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 41.6kDa according to Human NP_002307.1 and to Mouse NP_034855.1. The 100kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.. IHC, IHC-P (2.5 - 3.75 µg/ml), Peptide-ELISA (1:64000) Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
