Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 60kD band observed in Human Tonsil and Mouse Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 49.5kD according to NP_002689.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Pelis et al, Am J Physiol Renal Physiol. 2006 May;290(5): F1118-26. PMID: 16368738).
