It promotes LDLR degradation through non-proteolytic mechanisms, disrupts LDLR recycling, induces LDLR ubiquitination, and inhibits APOB degradation. PCSK9 Protein, Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, His) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived PCSK9 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
