PD-L1 Protein is an important immunoregulatory molecule and a member of the B7 superfamily. As the primary ligand of PD-1, PD-L1 Protein can bind to PD-1 to inhibit T-cell activation, proliferation, and cytokine secretion, and induce T-cell apoptosis. PD-L1 Protein plays a key role in tumor immune escape and immune homeostasis regulation.
