Recombinant human PDK3 (Pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase isoform 3), encompassing amino acids 2-406 (end). In this construct the N-terminal end of PDE7B is fused with GST. A short peptide linker placed between GST and PARP3 includes a thrombin site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
