This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band ~60 kD in size corresponding to human PDK-1 protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Although untested, this reagent may be useful for immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation. Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown..
