PF9601N, an monoamine oxidase B ( MAO-B ) inhibitor, possesses neuroprotective properties in several in vitro and in vivo models of Parkinsons disease (PD). PF9601N can be used for the research of neurodegenerative diseases mediated by excitotoxicity [1] .
