These processes help cells break down glucose for energy and generate key substances in other metabolic pathways. The detection principle of this kit is as follows: The PGI catalyze the substrate to produce the product, reacting with chromogenic agent to form the chromogenic substance, which has the maximum absorption at a wavelength of 450 nm. The PGI enzyme activity is calculated by measuring the OD value at 450 nm.
