The Phytohemagglutinin (PHA) Mitogen for ELISpot is a plant-derived mitogen isolated from red kidney beans (Phaseolus vulgaris), containing all five isolectins present in the bean. It is widely used for the in vitro activation of lymphoid cells and is specifically formulated for ELISpot applications.
