PI3Kdelta-IN-24 is a selective PI3Kdelta inhibitor (IC50 = 0.1 nM). PI3Kdelta-IN-24 exhibits significant antiproliferative effects against PI3Kdelta-overexpressing cancer cell lines. PI3Kdelta-IN-24 reduces p-AKT levels and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in tumor cells. PI3Kdelta-IN-24 is useful in cancer research, such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)[1].
