This Plasma Membrane Labeling Lentivirus can be used to easily label the plasma membrane. The vector expresses GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) fused to the N-terminus of the farnesyl signal of c-Ha-ras, which localizes to the inner side of the plasma membrane. This lentivirus offers a simple method to visualize the plasma membrane without antibodies or chemical dyes. Combine with other organelle labeling lentiviruses for multiplexed labeling.
