The Lenti-RFP coexpression vector provides an easy way to track cells actively expressing your gene of interest. The vector will co-express both reporter gene and the target cDNAs. The reporter expression is mediated by either self-cleaving T2A peptide derived from the insect virus Thosea asigna or a separate promoter.
