POE-CM is a suitable medium for collection or washing of porcine oocytes and embryos and is a complete synthetic medium that added phenol red to PXE-Hepes (Yoshioka et al.##1)###). This medium contains mineral salts, sugars (lactic acid and pyruvic acid), polyvinyl alcohol, Hepes and sodium bicarbonate, etc.
