The PPIE protein is a key spliceosome component that complexly regulates pre-mRNA splicing through RNA binding and PPIase activity. It prefers single-stranded RNA with polyA and polyU stretches, indicating an affinity for the poly(A) region of the 3-UTR. PPIE Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived PPIE protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
