HEK293 cells were transiently transfected with 20ng of a (NF-kappaB)-Luc reporter, 2ng of a Renilla luciferase, and with 20ng of a GITR full length encoding construct. After 2 hours, levels of CCL20 and IL-6 in the serum were measured by ELISA.
