QUANTIFOIL™ R 1.2/1.3 plus C2 is a 12 nm carbon film with circular holes of 1.2 microm diameter and an interspace of 1.3 microm in both dimensions, which has an additional 2 nm continuous carbon layer on top. Applied on 200 copper mesh.
