Quinacrine (Mepacrine) dihydrochloride is an orally bioavailable antimalarial agent, which possess anticancer effect both in vitro and vivo. Quinacrine dihydrochloride suppresses NF-kappaB and activate p53 signaling, which results in the induction of the apoptosis [1] .
