    (R)-Propranolol hydrochloride is a less active enantiomer of the beta-adrenoceptor antagonist propranolol (HY-B0573). Propranolol is a nonselective beta-adrenergic receptor (betaAR) antagonist, has high affinity for the beta1AR and beta2AR with Ki values of 1.8 nM and 0.8 nM, respectively[1].
