- Application Supplier NotePrecipitation assays. In immunoelectrophoresis use 2 microl or equivalent against 120 microl antiserum. In double radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony) use a rosette arrangement with 10 microl antiserum in a 3 mm diameter centre well and 2 microl serum samples (neat and diluted) in 2 mm diameter peripheral wells. The optimum working dilution of the antibody for any specific application should be established by titration.
