Precipitating polyclonal Rabbit antiSerum to Human beta-thromboglobulin.

Precipitation assays. In electroimmunodiffusion the amount of antiserum required in the agarose gel is usually about 2% depending on the test arrangement. The amount of beta-thromboglobulin precipitated by 1 ml antiserum is approximately 0.2 mg.
