Mouse gamma 2a heavy chain of immunoglobulin (determined by immunodot).

Useful as second antibody in immunoassays, such as ELISAs (good binding on plastic), immunohistochemistry on frozen sections and for affinity chromatography of murine IgG1. The specificity of monoclonal antibody anti-IgG subclasses is determined in a range of optimal concentrations. Increasing of the first or second antibody at a high level can induce cross-reactions with other IgG subclasses. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested..
