This RayPlex® kit is a cytometric bead array (CBA) that uses magnetic beads to quantitatively measure, by flow cytometry, 13 key human inflammatory cytokines. The assay has been optimized for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant. This kit can also be used with Luminex systems.
