Chemokine (C-X-C motif) Ligand 1 Protein (CXCL1) is a growth factor for melanoma cells and a chemotaxin for neutrophils and a member of the CXC chemokine family that is a potent neutrophil attractant and activator and is also active toward basophils. Recombinant Human CXCL1 is produced by Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ala35-Asn107 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.

Stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days, at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
