Human C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 10 (CXCL10) is a non-ELR chemokine secreted by various cell types, such as monocytes, endothelial cells and fibroblasts, in response to IFN-gamma. Recombinant Human CXCL10 is produced by Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Val22-Pro98 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc, 6His tag at the C-terminus.

Stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days.
