Human Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1(VEGFR-1, FLT-1) is a member of the the class III subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) and Tyr protein kinase family and CSF-1/PDGF receptor subfamily. VEGFR-1 plays an essential role as a negative regulator of embryonic angiogenesis by inhibiting excessive proliferation of endothelial cells and promote endothelial cell proliferation, survival and angiogenesis in adulthood.

Stored at ≤-20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days and at -20°C for 3 months.
