Rhodiosin is a double inhibitor of CYP2D6 and AChE, and can be isolated from Rhodiolis rhodiolis root. The IC 50 for CYP2D6 is 0.761 microM, and the K i is 0.769 microM. Rhodiosin has antioxidant and neuroprotective activity and can regulate HIF-1alpha signaling pathway to protect the central nervous system [1] [2] [3] [4]
