Ridazolol hydrochloride is a beta-adrenergic receptor (betaAR) antagonist. Ridazolol hydrochloride exhibits a high degree of selectivity for beta-1 adrenergic receptor (beta1AR) and possesses moderate intrinsic sympathomimetic activity (ISA). Ridazolol hydrochloride can competitively antagonize the relaxation effects induced by isoproterenol. Ridazolol hydrochloride is utilized in the research of cardiovascular diseases[1].
