Ro 18-5364 is an inhibitor of gastric H+/K+ ATPase, which has the effect of inhibiting the activity of the enzyme. Ro 18-5364 has a very strong inhibitory effect on gastric mucosal H+/K+ ATPase, and the inhibitory effect is more significant at low pH.
