S100A14 Protein modulates P53/TP53 levels, influencing cell survival and apoptosis. It can either promote cell proliferation or apoptosis and regulates cell migration by modulating MMP2 levels, a P53/TP53-controlled matrix protease. S100A14 does not bind calcium.
