- Scientific DescriptionChemical. CAS: 1265965-19-2. Formula: C22H23ClN4O4S. MW: 475. S49076 is a novel, potent inhibitor of MET, AXL/MER and FGFR1/2/3. It can potently block cellular phosphorylation of MET, AXL and FGFRs and inhibit downstream signalling in vitro and in vivo. S49076 can inhibit the proliferation of MET- and FGFR2-dependent gastric cancer cells, block MET-driven migration of lung carcinoma cells, and inhibit colony formation of hepatocarcinoma cells expressing FGFR1/2 and AXL.
