Semaphorin-4D/SEMA4D protein, a receptor for PLXNB1 and PLXNB2, regulates cell-cell signaling. It promotes inhibitory synapse development via PLXNB1, modulates neurite arborization through RHOA activation, and enhances viability of B-cells. SEMA4D induces endothelial cell migration via PTK2B/PYK2, SRC, and PI3K-AKT pathway. It forms homodimers and interacts with PLXNB2 and PLXNB1. Semaphorin-4D/SEMA4D Protein, Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, His) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived Semaphorin-4D/SEMA4D protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
