Serpin F1 protein, a neurotrophic factor, crucially promotes extensive neuronal differentiation in retinoblastoma cells and serves as a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis. Unlike active serpins, Serpin F1 does not undergo the typical S (stressed) to R (relaxed) conformational transition, lacking serine protease inhibitory activity. It also interacts with PNPLA2, enhancing the phospholipase A2 activity of PNPLA2. Serpin F1 Protein, Human (HEK293, N-His) is the recombinant human-derived Serpin F1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-6*His labeled tag.
