SF2312 is a natural phosphonate antibiotic produced by Actinobacillus microsporus and is a potent inhibitor of the glycolytic enzyme enolase.SF2312 has antimicrobial activity and inhibits bacterial growth against both Gram-negative and Gram-negative bacteria.
