    SR1078 is a selective agonist of retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor alpha/gamma (RORalpha/RORgamma). SR1078 directly binds to the ligand binding domain of RORalpha and RORgamma and increases the transcriptional activity of these receptors, leading to stimulation of RORalpha/gamma target gene transcription[1][2].
