Recombinant human ST2, also known IL1RL1 (interleukin 1 receptor like 1), transcript variant 1, encompassing amino acids 19-328. This construct contains at the C-terminus a Factor Xa site, followed by the Fc domain of a human IgG1, an Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
