ST3GAL3 protein plays a central role in cellular processes by catalyzing the formation of NeuAc-alpha-2,3-Gal-beta-1,4-GlcNAc-, NeuAc-alpha-2,3-Gal-beta-1,3-GlcNAc- and NeuAc-alpha-2,3-Gal-beta-1,3-GalNAc- sequences are present in the terminal carbohydrate groups of glycoproteins and glycolipids. ST3GAL3 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived ST3GAL3 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
