    The antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot, immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results.     This gene is predominantly expressed in prostate tissue, and is found to be upregulated in multiple cancer cell lines.
