Sulforhodamine 101 DHPE, a fluorescent probe, results from the conjugation of sulforhodamine 101, a red fluorescent dye with excitation/emission spectra of 586/605 nm, to the phospholipid 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE.
