Taltobulinintermediate-4 is an intermediate used in the synthesis of Taltobulin, a common toxin component (ADC Cytotoxin) in ADC preparation and a potent inhibitor of microtubule/tubulin (Microtubule/Tubulin). Taltobulin disrupts the polymerization of microtubules, induces mitotic arrest, and triggers apoptosis (apoptosis).
