TL1A CHO Cell Line is a clonal CHO cell line expressing full-length human TL1A (TNF-like ligand 1A) (NM_005118.4). The expressed TL1A may be released as a soluble form by proteolytic cleavage. This cell line has been validated by flow cytometry, and in a co-culture assay with TL1A-Responsive Luciferase Reporter Jurkat Cell line (#78811) in the presence of a TL1A neutralizing antibody.
