    TP003 is a non-selective benzodiazepine site agonist with EC 50 s of 20.3, 10.6, 3.24, 5.64 nM for alpha1beta2gamma2 , alpha2beta3gamma2 , alpha3beta3gamma2 , alpha5beta2gamma2 , respectively. TP003 induces anxiolysis via alpha2GABA A receptors [1] .
