Triclacetamol is the trichloroacetyl derivative of Acetaminophen (HY-66005), exhibiting weak cyclooxygenase inhibition and possessing analgesic and antipyretic activities as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Triclacetamol acts as an anti-inflammatory agent and promotes the excretion of uric acid [1] .
